Renowned builder Desert Sun has created another masterpiece in the prestigious and highly acclaimed Residential Estates community. The superb quality of the finishes and the amenities included are sure to please the most discerning: 3 Bedrooms in the main house all with plush king size beds, a Casita featuring 2 sets of Queen over Queen bunk beds, 50 ft deep RV Garage with 14ft tall door, 110 Lb. Commercial ice maker, gas fire pit, Oversized pool with a spa that seats 20, 85-inch TV in family room, both indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system- Certainly everything expected in a home of this stature. Spectacular views, spectacular finishes, and spectacular resort lifestyle await you. This home is conveniently stocked with the standard household products including trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and shampoos. The house was absolutely beautiful with an incredible layout — three spacious bedrooms inside plus a fantastic attached Casita with two sets of Queen bunk beds and its own bathroom. The backyard was a highlight, with an incredible pool and stunning views from the back porch.The neighborhood is gorgeous — probably the nicest in Lake Havasu City — and felt quiet and safe. The property manager was great, responding quickly to any questions, and the check-in app made everything smooth and easy. We didn’t use the garage, but the RV garage was so deep I could almost fit my truck and boat completely inside.Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again soon! ##### Tony L. Everything you need to have an ‘at home’ experience. Lots of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub allowed for us all to swim and enjoy. We’ve had the good and bad, but this place takes the cake. The owner was amazing and responsive, usually texting back within minutes. The house was clean and spacious. The property was immaculate.
