Great find!
Enjoyed our weekend at this duplex. Very clean, easy access to everything in Havasu. Wonderful to have a patio to enjoy morning coffee each day!

Great location close to everything, loved hanging out on the patio each morning, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable. web site just needs a small update on the guest bedroom the bed has been changed from a bunk to a queen bed. thank you for sharing the house we had a great time.

Great stay but bad communication
Traveling for work, my dog and I were in need of an extended stay in beautiful Lake Havasu. We found this lovely place. Beautiful quiet neighborhood right off the main strip. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. This place has everything you need from dishes to laundry machines, a great back patio to enjoy the sunset. It even has as grill, just no propane! I really enjoyed the access to the garage! Also there is a vacuum but no broom...with tile floors...idk maybe I'm the weird one on that. Check in was at 4 but I had received no information on where to go or how to get in until about 6:30 when I finally called the 3rd party booking agency. I then needed to request a late checkout, knowing several days early, I called the local 'host manager' multiple times with no answer and left messages explaining my woes but got no reply until the day of checkout, 2 hours before checkout! Though I really enjoyed my stay, due to the hassle's of trying to get in and out of the stay, I will not be staying with them again.

Excellent rental property
Extremely clean and well stocked for pretty much whatever you might need. Really appreciate that they are dog friendly! Only drawbacks were huge closet but few hangers and very limited drawer space and tv was really difficult to navigate. Overall we loved it and would consider returning!!

Over all very good …sliding door leading outside very difficult to open and close ..bath water in 2nd bathroom didn’t drain properly and the WIFY sucked big time …but didn’t stop us from having a pleasant experience..things that can be resolved easily
