Minutes from Windsor launch ramp and The Shops at Lake Havasu. (our mall) 1350 Square feet of Living space The exterior of this home has been recently painted. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a dresser, TV and walk in closet. Also a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with new dual sink granite countertops, shower and roman tub. 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed, dresser and walk in closet 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a newly remodeled full bathroom with new granite counter top. Living room comes with a sofa, loveseat and flat screen TV with direct TV access. The remodeled kitchen comes with new granite countertops, nice backsplash, stainless steel refrigerator, stove and microwave. A added extra is the availability to watch a flat screen TV from the kitchen island. We also have a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. Patio comes equipped with outdoor dining table ands chairs as well as a outdoor BBQ island with seating.
