Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, the house features a split floor plan with 3 large bedrooms and two full baths, including a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower in the master suite. The home has tile flooring throughout, except in the Arizona room. The extra-large kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and has a walk-in pantry and new appliances. The enclosed and air-conditioned Arizona game room has a foosball table and comfortable sofa sleeper with inflatable mattress. In addition to central air conditioning, there are ceiling fans throughout the home for your comfort. There is a fully fenced oversized yard with a beautiful in-ground pool with safety fence. There are front and back covered patios with overhead lights and fans, a gas grill, and patio furniture. There is plenty of parking for your boat, wave runner, and/or RV in the oversized 2-car garage and the driveway. Features: 3 Bedrooms \* Large Master Suite with 50 inch Samsung high definition TV, king-sized bed and huge walk-in closet \* The second Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 43 inch Samsung flat panel TV. \* The third Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 32 inch Samsung flat panel TV, and a sliding glass door to the back patio and pool area. \* The split bedroom floor plan (master suite is on one side of house, the other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house) provides additional privacy. \* Arizona room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper with a comfortable inflatable mattress. \* All linens are provided. 2 Full Baths \* Tiled Master Bath has a whirlpool tub, separate tiled walk-in shower, and dual sinks \* The large second Bathroom, recently upgraded, has a combined tub and shower The spacious Living Room has vaulted ceilings and lots of light. Comfortable seating is provided, along with high definition cable, 65 inch Samsung high definition TV with TiVO DVR and a DVD player. You can stream your Netflix on this equipment. The Dining Room seats 6 at the table. There are also two breakfast bar counters with four additional seats. Large, full-service Kitchen with tiled floors and countertops has two large windows facing the back patio and pool area. The sunset views from these windows are not to be missed! Newer appliances include dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and ice and water on the door. A regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, toaster oven, toaster, rice cooker, electric griddle, dishes, flatware, cooking and serving dishes and utensils are included. The Laundry Room contains a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. WiFi is provided for high speed internet access. If you are bringing a dog, be sure you check the “pet” box and are charged the pet fee upon booking. Security floodlight camera is located over the garage door to protect vehicles parked in the driveway. One of the highlights was using the Foos ball table 2 nights in a row to totally whoop an 18-year-old! Home had everything you would need. It was clean, with comfortable furniture both inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs. The front patio on a windy day was an excellent area to sit and enjoy the outdoors and be protected from wind. The back patio is wonderful for catching sun rays and viewing the stars at night. If you ever had to contact them they immediate responded to any of your inquiries. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Paulette M. Everything was in good condition but a little dated. The pool area was beautiful but we visited in February so use was limited because the pool is not heated. The location was in a very nice area about 2 miles from the downtown and London Bridge area. There's a set of golf clubs in the garage for guest use, so that's a nice extra. ##### Dennis B. All you needed was clothes. personals and food. The house was spacious, and the pool was awesome, very clean. plenty of parking and close to everything. Will definitely be going back. Close to the new Riviera Marina for launching the boat and the pool after a long day was nice and refreshing. This was our first time in Lake Havasu & we had a blast! Drinking margaritas & hanging by the pool was the icing on the cake!! I love how detailed everything was, it allowed the check in & out process to be perfect!! Steve is wonderful w communication & answered all of my questions.
