« The hotel and room were not kept up well. It looks like they havent updated anything in 30 years.The A/C worked fine. I didn't eat breakfast. It's criminal to call what they had a gym. It's literally the worst hotel gym ever. The pool closes at 8pm. Boo. The family that owns the place was nice, but they treated the lobby like their own living room. Barefoot, feet on the table, etc. Not very clean and definitely unprofessional. I hate to leave a bad review, but I would not recommend this place. »

« Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service!
Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming.
Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door.
Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here. »
