Fantastic location on the lake and very friendly service. Great stay in August started with a very friendly reception and news that our room was ready when we arrived from Vancouver at noon. I don't have to tell you how welcome that is after the long overnight flight from the west coast. Not a lake view room, but very quiet over the back. Ate breakfast, lunch and dinner over the 3 days and loved all the meals. Great to be on the street watching the people go by. Very charming, classy with lots...

Staying here was one of our best experiences in Switzerland. Ouchy is a quiet, cultural, historic hub and staying in the Chateau is the perfect place to enjoy it. Lake views and a beautiful peaceful property plus helpful staff made this a wonderful visit. Would definitely stay again… this time for longer!

This hotel is exceptional! The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful. The location is incredible being only a few steps from the old town and crazy shopping. My only discomfort is the absence of circulating air, so the room can get stuffy during the night. Otherwise, the room is bright and comfortable.

Amazing everything! Although the hotel is a little old, but everything essential had been renovated and in great condition (like room washrooms). The rooms were clean, big, accessible, comfortable. The hotel staff was also exceptional! All 3 people who helped us during our stay, all very helpful, all smiles and positive attitude and gave us details about everything in the city even though we were there for 1.5 days. Perfect! would definitely go there again!

Great find with great views! The quadruple room is actually 2 connecting rooms 😊 with its own bathroom. Comfortable beds, decent-sized bathroom with a modern rain shower and handheld shower. The buffet breakfast was good value for its price considering the food prices in restaurants. The lady at the breakfast room was super nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay, wish it was longer!

Location and affordable

30 min walk to U of Laussane, or by bus is around 20 min. Grocery store Aldi right downstairs, and Migro about 5 min walk. Housekeeping is by request, hanging the tag outside the door before noon. Staff is super friendly and helped me with a transit pass. Merci beaucoup a vous !
