Very enjoyable stay
Great room, spacious and clean. The kitchen was a must for my food allergies and it had what we needed to enjoy meals in our room. The outdoor patio was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting out there for fresh air and a view of the lake. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size. The indoor pool and spa was relaxing too.

Hotel could be really nice if they maintained the rooms. In my room were burned out mismatching light bulbs, the remote controlled ceiling fan didn’t work because there was no switch and no battery in the remote. Bathroom drains were slowly draining and I’ve seen better toilet seats in fast food restaurants. Outside deck needs repainting or staining. Lofty price for all this. Plus very small parking lot had to park out on the road a couple of times.

There wasnt enough plates for three people when it was set up for 3. No one came and got the dirty towels we were told to sit out in the hallway for someone to grab. We loved the view and the hotel was mostly comfortable. The bed was the only thing that wasnt.

The resort itself was nice. Accommodated an early check in to check in before an event nearby. The problem was with the limited parking at the facility. Guests were made to park in an area off the road that was basically a ditch! Poor lighting and unsafe.

While our room and the property were very nice the lack of parking was not acceptable. Coming back to the resort late at night only to find no parking in the lot and having to park on the road practically in a ditch and having to walk back to the resort was not what we were expecting. Also I was disappointed in the fact that they would not work with me regarding room rates once we found out a number of family and friends ended up booking there for my daughter’s wedding. Said it was too close to the event date. While I would love to recommend this resort to people I would definitely warn them about these negative aspects. All that being said, it was a nice stay.
