The staff there are top-notch, starting with the manager Sharon, who comes across as someone who is both very competent & relates well with the paying customer. She is also a very good leader, as evidence by her interaction with the employees under her. Morale among the employees seem very high, and it does rub off among the hotel guests like me. Also, staff workers Daniella, Mandi and Sofia are very attentive and make an effort to serve the guests. There are many reasons I'm a return customer. Management/staff there promote a positive environment for the guests.

Over all pretty okay stay. Beds were comfortable. Pool area is very slippery. Room had ants in it after day 3 in the bathroom. The dinner could be upgraded wouldn’t recommend that. Breakfast was very good and the ladies in there are very helpful. We would stay again only because of the affordable price.

This property served it's purpose for us. It was quite inexpensive and well located for fast food in Lake City. The staff was absolutely WONDERFUL and very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was really great, enjoyed something different everyday. Pool was open and clean. Thank you guys for a nice stay.

The whole place was dirty, room WREAKED of cigarettes and weed. When i checked out told the desk clerk and she laughed! First room was so bad i went back and changed rooms second room was mildew and smoke smells. Only positive was the night desk clerk she was amazing.

One out of three is bad
We reserved a ground floor non smoking room with a king size bed. When we checked in they gave us a second floor room with two double beds. It was non smoking but still smelled like smoke and marijuana. We had a lot of gear as we were there for a scuba trip and it was a lot to haul up and down and we had to sleep separately
