This cozy 2-story duplex is centrally located and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only 4 miles from casinos. Walking distance to McNeese State University campus. Enjoy modern amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces and privacy that a hotel cannot offer. THE SPACE Come stay in our beautiful, lux property, with all the amenities of home. Lots of extra touches to make you feel pampered. Living room has a sleeper sofa couch and we have additional bedding in the closet upstairs if someone needs it as a bed. YOUR PET — Pet Policy — You are welcome to bring your dogs on vacation, but they must be approved at the time of booking. The fee is $100, with a maximum of two dogs. (Dogs weighing 30 lbs. max) Note: your dog cannot disturb the neighbors. If your dog barks when you leave, you cannot leave the dog alone at the property. We want every guest to have a wonderful experience. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred. If you bring a dog that wasn’t pre-approved and we grant approval, the fee will increase to $100 per day per dog. NO CATS ALLOWED. An automatic $500 fine will be imposed, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately. \*\*Service Animals. There are two parking spaces available directly in front of unit. BEDROOMS Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with ensuite bathrooms stocked with towels, full size products, and blow dryer. Each bedroom has a TV with Netflix, streaming channels and WiFi. At our properties, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. HOUSE RULES are in place to ensure that every guest has a wonderful experience. NO CATS. No motorcycles/trailers/campers. No smoking. Usually when visiting my hometown we stay at a hotel... never again! This home was convenient, quiet and filled with so much hospitality. Snacks and breakfast were provided by management which was great as we arrived late in the evening. They even made sure we had a gumbo pot for a dinner we hosted during our stay. We stayed here for softball tournament in Sulfur and very glad that we did instead of staying in the hotel where the whole team stayed. It’s a short drive to everything where we needed to be.
