"We walked in and were concerned about the cleanliness of the property. The room had an odd smell and seemed like it had been smoked in. We asked for a refund because of allergies and the staff was responsive. Not a place for families in our opinion."

"The Front Desk staff was very helpful when assigning our room. They made sure we were in a quiet room on the back side of the building since we were traveling and needed to get good rest before a 3:45am wake-up call. We were very pleased with the room suggestion. I would not hesitate to stay at this location again."

"I didn’t get the great reviews everyone else had. Dirty room - fridge crumbs, empty beer boxes left under the bed. Saggy mattress, all pillows were all big and hard, nothing soft. Walls very thin. The check in process was a pain - 7 or 8 emails, online license/photo uploads, multiple forms to fill out because you never get confirmation that yours went through, had to text the manger because door code didn’t show up on time as advertised. Not a bad place, but overhyped for the reviews. Burlington is not a cheap place to stay so it felt like a value with those reviews but I felt a little disappointed and will likely not return unless it’s a bargain rate. "
