Beautiful three-story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with private driveway. Additional parking can be found in the village near the house. Just a 2-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead village which have great restaurants and shopping within. 10 minutes from Lake Gregory and Sky Park which hosts Santa's Village during the holiday season. Has all the comforts of home so sit back, kick off your shoes and welcome to your home away from home.

Cabin was good. Lots of stairs so not recommended for those with mobility issues. Beds are comfy, cabin is homey and worn in feeling. Driveway is very steep. Arcade games were a hit with my kids. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen isnt fully stocked. We brought our own rice cooker/casserole dish, etc. Also no oil or sugar so bring basics. Communication with host could be worked on. He was very nice once I got a hold of him. We didn't get check in instructions until 45min after our check in time.

Loved the living room area and the cleanliness! Our kids loved the kids’ room so much! Greatly appreciated the owner’s responsiveness. Parking was a little hard at first as we are not good at parking on an incline, but it all worked out well by parking across the street.

Incredible view.

The most amazing view and location. is very nice has everything. is more big than the pictures. adults love it. the children had a lot of fun, they did not want to return to home. I do not understand why people complain about the stairs on the reviews, " your are on the mountain" not on the beach. besides is a good exorcise.

There was miscommunication for check-in, but it did not impede getting into the house on first night. Nice place with very good shower on second floor and a bathroom on every level - two things that are hard to find in many mountain rentals. Good arcade games in kids' room. My adult kids enjoyed the Simpsons bowling.

Comfy, cozy and relaxing

Our stay at Lazy Bear was everything we could’ve wanted. Fun arcade room for kids, plenty of deck space to embrace the beauty of the mountain and breath that fresh air. We were supplied With plenty of amenities that made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back.

Property is on a hillside. Was unable to get car (Honda odessy) in driveway where the owner kept insisting we park. There are 24 steps to front door and an additional 24 steps (2 flights) to living area. Very limited kitchen utensils and pots.

Comfortable cabin.

Large, nice cabin. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the room with the video games. Be sure you are able to climb many, many stairs. The driveway is very steep but doable. I felt very comfortable here.

We had a great couple of nights in this cabin. Be prepared for lots of steep stairs! My kids and I really enjoyed our stay, it was well stocked and kid friendly. My boys loved the arcade games and the living room was perfect for relaxing and watching movies. The hot chocolate and popcorn was the perfect touch. We would love to stay here again

Not only was this place at an affordable price it was an absolute gem. Close to the shops and food. We were "stuck" indoors with the snow store but they had everything we could possibly need to keep the boys entertained. We were all truly sad to have to leave. Thank you!

Video Games Galore!

If you have boys, this is the home for you! I chose this home for the 4 arcade video games in the kid's bunk bed room. They did NOT disappoint! My boys were in heaven! Also because of the Roku. Lots of stairs so be ok with that. The house itself is no frills. Neighbor guy across way very nice, pretty street, easy access to everything in Lake Arrowhead and Jamie was very accessible when we needed him/her :) The house felt like a tree house, sitting high with the trees :)

A few glitches but great communication and very Central

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin and it was very easy to find. The kids loved the video games in the bunk bed room as well as exploring around. The upper deck was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. There is some dry rot that does need to be repaired. There was a bit of confusion about the terms of rental but the owners were very responsive and everything was cleared up very quickly. One word of warning is that the driveway is quite steep. My husband's pickup truck had no problem parking but our friends minivan was too low to the ground and could not make it up the driveway.

Great location!

Very comfortable stay and worked out perfectly for us! Having access to the lake trails was awesome! Started at #13 and walked to where it was roped off due to erosion #3, but still a 6 mile round trip walk! Beautiful lakefront scenery! Won’t hesitate to rent again in the future!!

Winter Break

We decided to do a small vaca before kids went back to school. We loved the house. Only little issue was the stairs lol! Hard to manage with two little ones but they loved playing in the kids room with the arcade games!! Everything was available like we were at our own home!! Would recommend this home.
