We love it there. The condo worked well for my family of 6\. The only downfall was that the unit was not very clean. My daughter found a pair of bloody underwear up in the loft. There were also little bugs all over the unit, especially in the kitchen. Property is super clean and convenient to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze and the availability of an elevator and luggage carts made lugging everything up to the 4th floor a breeze. Only complaint is that there is one ductless AC unit for the entire place. The bedroom has a portable AC unit but it is pretty loud. If you're a light sleeper, you'll either need to sleep in a warm room or bring some ear plugs. It didn't bother us at all though. The main AC unit doesn't do a very good job of cooling the place - it's ok - just not great. I would suggest they remove all of the sheetmetal surrounding the outdoor unit so it can function more efficiently and would likely do a much better job at cooling the apartment. ##### Paul R. We appreciated there help. The unit itself was well appointed with all that we needed. Air conditioning worked while it was not needed much. Location makes it very easy to walk to lots of food as well as the water. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning while the teens slept in. Lots to explore very very close by. We are a family of 6 (with four boys ages 10 to 16) and we absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for our first trip to Maui. The view from the lanai, the kitchen, the sleeping arrangements, the location...everything was just what we needed. Having all the equipment (snorkel, golf, boogie boards, umbrellas) was incredibly helpful as well. The boys spent so much time playing mini golf and swimming. And the beach was a 2 min walk. It was clean and well equipped. The view from the fourth floor is outstanding. The complex is well maintained. We didn’t have a reason to contact property manager. Everything was in place. We had a tiny issue with ants but I would assume this is common. We lost quite a bit of food because of them. The only safe place in the kitchen was the fridge. We did not cook but the place has everything for one to do so. I would gladly stay there again. ##### Svetlana D. To sleep 6 my husband and I shared the loft (2 single beds) and our grandauhter slept on the pullout couch in the living room. Nice to have 2 bathrooms, but the loft bathroom was a bit grungy. This place was very well equipped with beach toys and kitchen ware. We used the Boogie boards and snorkel gear a lot. 10 minute walk to Kaanapali and 10 minute drive to Napili. We loved the condo! Great location! Pools and hot tub were great! Food trucks near by were great. Owners were awesome and communicated quickly! So very happy with our stay! So many toys available for use. We used the snorkel gear and beach chairs. A family on the beach gave us a boogie board, so now there is an additional boogie board in the closet! ##### KaetheJo B. Views from the lanai were picture postcard perfect. Lots of whale sightings as well as rarer spinner dolphins. Had putting competitions, played pickle ball and took advantage of the lounges around the pool and at ocean front. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and groceries. ##### Karen W. The location is excellent, the people are kind and helpful, the property has excellent facilities including tennis, large putting green, shuffleboard, beautiful grills and a pool-side shelter for meals outside. The hot tubs are the perfect temp, the view is gorgeous. Easy walk to the farmers market and great pizza restaurant and coffee shop. Room was plenty big for the 5 of us.
