There were beach towels, beach chairs, toys for kids (if you have some) and even flippers! We had a slight issue with the Air Conditioning and they were out to fix it within the hour! The ocean, pool and mountain views are amazing! The condo is a bit smaller than the photos online; however, it was spacious enough and we were very pleased! We had a great time staying at the Royal Kahana for Christmas! This condo has a little bit of everything that made our stay comfortable for the whole family. The Pool is well kept and there are plenty of pool chairs. There is no direct beach access, but there are plenty of beaches less than 10 minutes away. I think this actually help you feel a little more secluded! The resort is older, but well kept. It is quiet and just minutes from all the activities and shopping at Whalers Village. The room was clean, with the exception of some leftover ice cream in the freezer from the previous occupants. The room is imperfect, but the view and relaxed, calm atmosphere easily makes up for any complaints if I were to want to list little things. I have to mention that the bed and pillow combination were perfect and blackout drapes are always appreciated when I travel. I slept great. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Mary S. We had a brief moment when the keyless entry didn’t work properly, and he came over himself in 15 minutes to fix it. Great location….walk to Maui Brewing Company & Miso Phat.
