The hotel linen is old could do with nice new linen. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 7 nights in Mar 2019 ### 4/10 Poor #### Verified traveller Mar 10, 2019 Liked: Staff & service Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities ホテルの周辺には簡易食堂があり、持ち帰りの弁当を買えたり、ビールを買えたり便利だったが、夜通し大音量で音楽をかけている。プール側の部屋にいる分にはそんなに気にならなかったが、wifiが弱く、反対側の部屋に移った夜から寝不足。飛行機で貰った耳栓は捨てずにホテルまで持って行くべき。フロントで苦情を言ったが、私達が初めてではない、との返答に呆れた。 wifi弱すぎる。 ホテルの朝食はアフリカン料理のみ。パンのバターやジャムなし、トースターなし。ヨーグルトなし。周辺に歩いていけるカフェやパン屋もなく、あの朝ごはんを食べるしかない。そもそも、2人分の朝食が含まれている料金で予約したが、一人分しか含まれていないので3000ナイラ払うように小声で言われたのはなぜですか？ バスルームは汚い。バスタブに茶色と赤の汚れが。そもそもバスタブに浸かりたくて、最終的にこのホテルを選んだが、汚すぎるし、お湯または水の量が弱すぎる。また、シャワー以外の蛇口がない。 2人で泊まったが、要求しない限り、タオルはいつも一枚。お茶なども毎日交換されないし、床も掃くだけ。結局掃除に来ない日もあった。 また、チェックイン時に私達の予約がバグだと思った、と言われて予約の確認に時間がかかった。私の国のパスポート(日本)を見せているのに、別の国の人間呼ばわりされる。最初に通された部屋は、予約したのよりも低いランクの部屋。ひどすぎる。 ホテル前の道でギャングが騒ぎ、発砲騒ぎがあった。警察や軍まできた。治安が悪いわけではないと聞いていたが、ビックリした。 主人の国への里帰り旅行として、利用した。オーナーと家族が知り合いということで、最終的にはこのホテルを選んだが、二度と使う予定はない。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 11 nights in Feb 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Kim Dec 1, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Fine ##### Kim Stayed 1 night in Nov 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### Eboni Jul 23, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Great Hotel Great stay as I always stay here when I visit Nigeria.
