Beautiful property. They need to have both heat and air conditioning options available to guests. They only had heat available when I was there, and the room was soooo hot I could not sleep. The breakfast was delicious. We were not provided a map of the property or area, it would have been nice to know where the walking trails were.

Overall a truly beautiful very quiet, relaxing place to stay. Be aware the place is very small only 15 rooms and few diners in the evening so can lack atmosphere if that is what you are looking for. Also no bar and no gym which was a little disappointing for us.

Lovely 5 star property. Threw a dinner party for friends staying in Luz. Andre was an amazing host, waiter and recommended excellent activities and beaches for us duri g cotials and dinner. Private chef was terrific. Fantastic value for the money. Quiet u derstaed luxuary resort. Highly recommend.

Beautiful but lacking

The hotel itself is beautiful, fantastic views, gardens and room etc. However, it is lacking a lot in terms bar/restaurant facilities, there are no options for poolside drinks or snacks and we were encouraged to go out for dinner rather than dine at the hotel. We had booked this for a few nights because it was advertised as a spa hotel but when we asked about the treatments we were recommended to go to the nearby golf and spa resort instead.

Great hotel deserving of its five-star rating

Great hotel, we had a fantastic stay although some of the services were limited due to the pandemic, the hotel was fantastic with great connectivity and a great environment, very comfortable bedrooms and deserving of its five-star rating. Only negative- we found the bathroom a bit restrictive and not quite up to standard, specifically the shower and bath.

Excessivement cher pour ce qu'il en est...

Chambre n°6 "Supérieure" (notez les guillemets) jouxtant la cuisine, et donnant sur la salle de restaurant. Du bruit en permanence : casseroles, portes qui claques, cuisiniers qui crient... Malgré un hôtel désertique en cette fin de saison et cette période de COVID, on nous a dit que les autres chambres supérieures (bien plus chouettes selon les photos) étaient occupées. On a croisé un seul autre couple pendant tout le séjour... La literie est horrible (le matelas est creusé...) Le repas du soir inabordable si on désire y manger plusieurs fois : 50 € / personne (hors boisson), avec un choix très limité, du coup le restaurant est vide... On nous a dit que le chef visait l'étoile, commencez donc déjà par vous préoccuper de vos hôtes... L'hôtel ne possède pas de bar, juste un service de chambre. Les seuls points positifs du séjour : le petit déjeuner excellent et copieux, la gentillesse de la réceptionniste de nuit et du serveur du matin.

Todo fenomenal, el lugar es una gozada. La única pena fue que nos atendieron deficientemente al servir desayunos y comidas. Una de las camareras fue encantadora, la otra no, entiendo que la situación es complicada pero en un hotel de 5 estrellas, con esos precios, no puedes permitirle errores graves de cara al cliente. En general es un sitio fantástico que recomendaría sin duda, la pena es irte con regular sabor de boca por una actitud poco amable de la persona que nos atendió y sin desayunar por la larga espera. Los grandes sitios se forman cuidando pequeños detalles

Poor experience

We are very surprised this hotel was a five stars, considering the poor service and outdated design. - no answer at the gate, stuck in front of the door until a car left the hotel - parking very far from the reception and nobody to help with luggage - nobody at the reception in order to do the check-in; no answer when calling the number from the website; we had to walk around the hotel to find someone next to the kitchen - very cold staff; when asked for recommendations we were simply given a 200-page book to find beaches and hikes in the area by ourselves - unlike other hotels dealing with Covid-19, who replace buffet style breakfasts by asking you in advance what you would like to eat, they simply give you a plate of everything, which is a terrible waste of food. We were not told that we could order special items so someone came to tell us because he was surprised we ate nothing. Staff long to bring drinks or bread, making the overall breakfast experience not very pleasant - check out was the same struggle with no one at the reception Overall, despite a very beautiful park, the experience was terribly disappointing. For the price paid, the facilities are getting old (interior design, pool etc.) and the service is definitely not five stars. Would not recommend.
