Additionally, the convivial area with three armchairs offers a cozy space for conversations or reading. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and a large table for up to 10 people, is the perfect setting for preparing and enjoying memorable meals.

Outside, the villa transforms into a haven for leisure and relaxation.
