House of 70m2 for 4 to 6 people. Private terrace with barbecue. Located in a wine estate, you will be calm in a relaxing setting, while being close to the dynamic village of Vallon Pont d'Arc and rivers including the gorges of the Ardèche. You will find many sports activities in the southern Ardèche basin. You are also six kilometers from the reconstruction of the Chauvet cave.

Private little house, quiet and in a wonderful area

The house is a little dated, but contains everything you need for a relaxing stay. The biggest selling point is its location.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor verschillende uitstapjes in de omgeving. Huisje is wat eenvoudig, maar wel van alle noodzakelijkheden voorzien. Hele ruime terrassen, alleen niet direct in de zon.

Très déçus Les photos ne reflètent absolument pas l'état actuel du logement. Les 4 chaises de salle à manger et le canapé sont usés et salis par les nombreux passages, les casseroles et poêles sont plus que rayées, la poubelle n'a plus de couvercle (en plein été), le placard de chambre ne dispose plus que d'une porte et la planche latérale se détache de l'ensemble, les plinthes de la même chambre tombent au sol, la douche s évacue mal....Le logement mérite un rafraîchissement global. Dès notre arrivée nous avons fait part d'une forte odeur d'humidité et de tabac dans tout l'appartement au propriétaire. Il s'était engagé à intervenir sur le syphon de la SdB, promesse non tenue. Qui plus est, le logement est dit non fumeur... L'aire de jeux est totalement hors d'usage et les stores électriques ne fonctionnent pas, informations données par le propriétaire à l'arrivée.Les lits simples sont passables pour des enfants.Il n'y a pas le confort minimal pour passer quelques heures en journée dans le logement. Il nous est revenu plus cher de passer notre temps dehors. Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour.

Sauberes, relativ großes Haus in schöner naturnaher und ruhiger Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist etwas einfach aber ausreichend. Sehr schöne grosse Terrasse. Toller Ausgangspunkt um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Touren in der Ardeche zu erkunden. Check-in unkompliziert aber recht anonym. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit.

Eine kleine Ferienwohnung mit akzeptablem Komfort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die privaten Vermieter waren sehr nett, die Umgebung war wunderbar. Allein: uns war beim Lesen dessen, was es gibt, nicht aufgefallen, dass Bettwäsche, Handtücher und WLan fehlen.

Ruhig, gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage!

Das Ferienhaus gehört zu einem kleinen Bauernhof, es liegt etwa 5 km vom Örtchen Vallon-Pont-d'Arc entfernt mitten im Grünen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, aber einfach. Der Ort ist ausgezeichneter Startpunkt für Radtouren. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Een heerlijk huisje met een mooi uitzicht

We hebben genoten van de rust en het mooie uitzicht. Op het mooie terras kun je genieten van de zon en als het te warm is kun je de hele dag onder de schaduw van de boom zitten. Ideaal. Als de mistral waait staat het huisje wel op een winderige hoek, maar gelukkig hadden we daar maar 2 dagen last van. De keuken was prima en volledig uitgerust. 's Avonds kon je gezellig zitten op de bank met schemerlampjes aan en de bedden sliepen prima. Je kunt direct vanuit het huisje naar het aardige dorpje Lagorce lopen (2.5km) waar bij de kruidenier alles te kringen is. Vaison la Romaine en les Gorges de l/Ardeche zijn lekker dichtbij, maar ver genoeg weg om geen enkele last te hebben van toeristendrukte. We komen graag weer terug!!!

1ères vacances familiales en Ardeche. Super jolie maison avec deux grandes chambres, cuisine équipée,belle salle de bain et superbe terrasse : un côté ombrage et un.cote soleil. Une superbe cabane et coin de jeu pour les enfants. Hôte super sympathique. Nous reviendrons très prochainement.

Un petit paradis à la campagne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison, et sa sublime terrasse, à l'ombre d'un magnifique chêne vert (!!). La maison reste relativement fraîche en journée malgré la chaleur du mois d'août. Deux grandes chambres, et une très agréable pièce à vivre, ouverte sur la nature. Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique. Lieux de baignade à 10 minutes en voiture dans vallée de l'Ibie. Bon emplacement pour rayonner en Ardèche du Sud. Des jeux pour les enfants (trampoline, toboggan, de l'espace, et…. des glands de chêne vert !). Les transats, toujours à l'ombre et avec ce petit vent merveilleux, le paradis !!

Calme et visites

La propriété est près du joli village de Lagorce et de Vallon Pont d'Arc et toutes les activités qui y sont proposées. La location est fidèle à l'annonce, spacieuse, propre, au calme avec du terrain et 1 terrasse à l'ombre et au soleil (au choix!!) La literie est confortable. Le gérant est disponible tout en restant discret. Je recommande sans problèmè!! Merci pour ces quelques joues très agréables!

Séjour ds les vignes

La maison est très agréable. L’emplacement est super car très calme mais on est à 5 mn de Vallon, le cadre est très agréable. Bref, j’ai passé un très bon séjour.
