"Lugar estava com muitas baratas e a limpeza não foi realmente algo que eu esperava o café da manhã também super simples não tendo nada muito interessante sendo que o que mais me chamou atenção foi o fogão onde a cozinheira faz as tapiocas nunca vi nada tão sujo na minha vida e tão encardido com gordura realmente não consegui pedir nada só tomava um cafezinho e saía para o trabalho acho que para uma noite eu recomendaria o local mas para quem vai ficar duas ou três já não recomendo não."

"Wellness is a very nice place to stay, very comfortable, amazing pool and nice staff. The food is great, and there are many activities for children. The Jr suite room is big and comfy. The only room for improvement is the shower, difficult to set up the temperature, But this is very minor issue. "

"Initially,They did not have a room with double bed. I paid extra for it. The room they had for us had 3 single beds...😲the guy tried to blame Expedia for it. I kindly asked him to check of he had another room, and he placed us in the room we paid for...a girls got to fight even for something she paid extra for...shame!!!"

"Fiquei hospedada no andar térreo, ao lado da recepção e café, muito barulho dos hóspedes a noite. Ao realizar o check-out, foi cobrado valores indevidos de produtos de bebidas que provavelmente eram de outro quarto, onde não fizeram o controle e computação do que realmente foi comprado do meu quarto. Ao mais, café da manhã muito bom, e a localização atendeu a minha demanda."
