"Everything was exactly as described. The house is in a quiet area, yet within easy reach of everything on the island. We didn’t encounter any problems. The accommodation was cosy and we can highly recommend it."

"This home is beautifully decorated and a great highend feel away from home. All of the amenities were great & the home is kept clean. The host was great with communication. My only negative is that the area outside the home has limited dining options other than at small place across the street that closes at 6pm 4 days a week and is more a yummy breakfast or lunch spot (also with kind owners). Also there is no Uber on the island, only Bolt and it's new so it may be hard at times to get drivers...

"We had a wonderful stay! The shower was spotless and felt brand new, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the apartment was very clean overall. There was also a nice little terrace, which was a lovely bonus, although a couple of chairs would have made it even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the cute welcome gifts as well—they were a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Overall, a great stay, and we’d happily recommend it to others!"

"Place appears newly renovated, with fairly good quality materials and large rooms. Location is close to the town core - about a 10-15 minute walk. Immediate area is of older less well kept buildings and perhaps these will also participate in restoration over time - we did not feel uncomfortable walking the area, but did experience street noise, particularly the front bedroom and living room. Parking lot about 50m away for 1 Euro per 24 hours that was convenient vs street parking. Ad posting...

"The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere. The pictures in the listing are outdated as...

"We had a restful stay in Victor's guest house! It was private and safe with all the essentials. The location was perfect for exploring the entire island. Fresh linens were provided. The patio is perfect for coffee or an evening beverage. Victor warmly welcomed us upon arrival and was available if needed. "
