- Casa Luzerna is a charming well-equipped single storey villa surrounded by a wonderful mature garden, located in the Clube Carvoeiro on the outskirts of the idyllic fishermen’s village Carvoeiro, within walking distance of several restaurants and the tennis/padel club, at only a short drive from the Vale da Pinta and Gramacho golf courses.
The villa comprises a comfortably furnished open plan sitting/dining room with a central fireplace and double-glazed doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool, fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin) with ceiling fans and in 2 of them double sliding glass doors giving access to the garden and pool areas and 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite).
The partially covered outdoor terrace offers several seating options and the pool (heatable at extra cost) is equipped with a shower and sun loungers.
