Staff were really friendly and always at hand. The outdoor pool was clean and the water was kept in proper condition, but the bridges were closed as they are falling apart. The room looked amazing, but again lack of maintenance was a negative factor. One toilet leaking water, one bathroom smelling like sewer and the bedroom walls hid a lot of damage behind the wallpaper. This could be seen in other areas of the hotel - Turkish bath out of order, hydrotub broken. Sauna, indoor pool and gym were all fine. She helped us book breakfast for the morning, made us supper reservations, and even booked a boat tour for the next day to see the caves. It made this trip so much easier with all of the help and it was greatly appreciated. We loved our breakfast each morning. Such a nice option to eat on our own private balcony in the sunshine. The room was great, bed was comfortable and the entire hotel was clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again when back in Portugal.
