Welcome to Le Coustalou, a detached family home of nearly 90 m², nestled on the hillsides of Lafrançaise. Surrounded by nature, it offers a peaceful setting with a pleasant view of the valley—ideal for recharging with family, friends, or during a business trip.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to its two comfortable bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

You’ll enjoy a spacious living area of about 40 m², combining the living room and dining room, with a fireplace for cooler evenings and a reading nook perfect for relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. It includes an oven, stovetop, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchen essentials.

🌿 Outside, everything you need to fully enjoy sunny days is right here: a large patio with patio furniture, a barbecue, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a private pool—all set in a tree-lined garden offering a beautiful view of the valley.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The toilet is separate.

Bed linens and towels are provided, the beds are made before your arrival, and you can park several vehicles for free on the property, which is fully fenced and secured by an electric gate.

House Rules – Penalties for Non-Compliance
To ensure comfort and cleanliness for everyone, a flat fee of €50 will be charged in the following cases:
> No smoking indoors: any smell or trace of tobacco will automatically result in the flat fee being charged.
> Barbecue not cleaned after use: Please empty it and leave it clean for the next guests.
> Stained or damaged linens (sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.).
> Umbrellas: Please close them after each use and whenever you leave the property. In windy conditions, an umbrella left open may break. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused if the umbrella was left open, and will be billed for the replacement cost.
> Failure to follow the checkout instructions provided in the welcome booklet:
- Dishes not washed or left dirty,
- Trash cans not emptied,
- Accommodation returned in an unusually messy condition.
These fees are separate from any additional costs incurred in the event of more significant damage requiring replacement or repair.
