"Didn't enjoy our stay here. Was a nightmare to find from the Cambodian border, no one spoke English, room was dirty. Pool area was nice but wooden loungers were very uncomfortable. "The experience was mixed as we had problems with check-in. The staff was not immediately present at reception (we were obviously the only guests in the hotel). After we were given a room, the bed sheets were not clean so the room had to be changed. Otherwise the room including bathroom was clean though. We were given a better (newer) small bungalow, which was fine but the whole hassle with check-in spoiled our impression. There is no minibar in the room, only two bottles of water were provided...
