When we walked into the home it smelled musty. Inspecting the house. We noticed a few things- stains on the chairs, dead bugs inside the overhead light fixtures, stains on the carpets in the bedrooms. I've rented before and I've had wonderful luck with most rentals that we've been at. Unfortunately with this situation, we chose to leave the rental property early. Contacted the property owner in regards to the situation. Sent pictures over to show what we had found in the rental property. The property was left as we had found it and he had returned only the per night house charge and no other fees which was only 1/4 of my monies. Yes, we did leave on the fact of these issues but I would have expected more refund.
