I really enjoyed this hotel. I was traveling alone to visit family. And, I felt very safe. The beds were amazing. The staff was very friendly.

We had the pleasure of meeting some of the staff at this location and couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received.
Linda was on call the night we arrived and was so pleasant and kind.
The breakfast was nice and the place was quiet and clean.

The hotel and our room were very clean and comfortable. Only thing we didn’t like was the internet was off and on. Made it difficult to get some work completed on our computer.

There is construction next to the hotel. I was hoping for a king room. But, we had a queen room. It was clean and updated. The breakfast was busy and didn't flow very well.

New-looking, well maintained, very clean, OUTSTANDING STAFF! We'd give them 10 stars if we could! On Friday, April 5th, the afternoon staff AND the evening staff were extraordinary! They were well trained, so very helpful, and friendly beyond anything I've experienced in 42 years of traveling for my jobs.

It was clean, the bed was ok needed more blankets The parking was good. There's a McDonald's across the street. I would stay there again.

Good morning, Unfortunately, you are on our do not rent list for breaking a television during your last stay. Therefore, you are not allowed to stay with us here at Best Western Magnolia Inn & Suites. Thank you.
It was very clean and staff was so friendly and helpful, the only problem was the shower water in our room didn’t get hot it stayed more of a cool warm. Other than that we are going to definitely make this a place to stay for our yearly trip to visit our grand baby.

The room was good and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Minor issues were bathroom light switch needs replacing, mini frig made a popping noise and shower water could be a few degrees warmer. Overall we had a very good stay here.

My Husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to visit friends. We were getting tired and it was late so decided to book something to get some rest. We chose this based on the rating thinking we wouldn’t have any issue. When we checked into our room it was clear the bathroom wasn’t clean. My husband politely went to ask if there might be another room we could switch to. The front desk attendant Lisa was incredibly rude and said nothing comparable to what we booked online so she could not alter the reservation.
I contacted Hotels.com in case it was truly an issue of the reservation not being changeable which seemed weird to me and they called the hotel and let me know Lisa was also rude to them as well and would not at all work with them to change our room. Multiple rooms were available on the app when looking and the hotel was not sold out so it was just a case of an employee being unreasonable and having no sense of customer service or conflict resolution. We did not engage with the employee after noticing how incredibly awful her attitude was and ended up having to deal with the dirty room overnight which made us uncomfortable. The reservation was not refundable or we would have left and gone somewhere else. I don’t recommend staying here due to the cleanliness issues we encountered and the employee who treated us so poorly.
