"The bungalows are very old- from peeling paint to rusting toilet paper brackets and shower parts. To a toilet that gets soaking wet with every shower and the humidity keeps towels damp. Hangers are an assortment of re twister materials, no beach chairs. The bed needs to be update, We stayed on the beach front which had a very nice view, And the front porch was delightful for morning coffee. But they put a green wind screen between the bungalow and the beach about 5 feet high, messing with the...

"Fantastic stay, beautiful resort, two swimming pools and small fitness studio. About a ten to fifteen minute walk from a beautiful beach. Bikes available to hire. Lovely service, can arrange airport pick up for a small fee. Great breakfasts, didn't have any other meals. At the moment it feels like a new resort and I'm sure with a few improvements it will be even better."

"The customer service was excellent. After I checked I to my room. The bathtub was still dirty. I asked the staff to clean it up and they cleaned in a timely manner. The seal of my toilet broke and I asked the service desk to fix that also. Took about 3 hours and they fixed it while I was out. The hotel also provided shuttle services to popular tourist spots on the island."

"When we arrived at the resort after a long taxi ride, we received a fantastic welcome from the staff. Martin (the Guest Manager) quickly seated us at a table in the lounge, where we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels. He took care of the entire check-in process there and explained how everything works at the resort. While we were waiting for our room to be ready—we arrived well before check-in—we were served afternoon tea. The rooms at this resort offer a spectacular view, as it is built along a mountainside overlooking the ocean. We were completely overwhelmed. The staff at this resort are absolutely wonderful. Everyone makes sure you have everything you need and is always happy to stop for a friendly chat, which makes the experience feel very personal. They remember what we usually order and ask the next time if we would like to have the same again. Examples of staff groups we interacted with include the lounge, breakfast, reception, traffic control, housekeeping, gardening, transport/shuttle, restaurant, and bar staff. Every single one of them is outstanding."

Right next door is a massage parlour that rents motorbikes. Everything at your fingertips. Well away from the roads, so it’s nice and quiet as well. Alchemy cafe is just down the road. The nearest town is perhaps 10 min away by motorbike. And the staff are incredibly helpful. ❤️❤️"
