Beautiful setting. Incredible views. The pool with swim up bar is lovely. The snorkelling from the hotel beach was great - we saw a wide variety of fish and small reef shark. The only let down was that a few of the staff were unfriendly and a bit indifferent. We had just come from a similar standard hotel in Samui, where the staff had been so incredibly welcoming, so we were a bit disappointed by how unsmiling and disinterested a few (not all) of the staff on reception and in restaurant were. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Rooms were ready for a good clean and redecoration. I think you should say that there are no lifts and many stairs to some rooms. Also the 11pm power outage makes it dangerous on the steps as it is so dark. Why not have some solar lights?
