Great location, friendly staff, prompt service! We stayed in one of the 5 bed villa. The view from the villa is amazing, loved the pool and amenities. Dao and team were very helpful in making our stay very enjoyable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and made unforgettable memories here. The view from the infinity pool overlooking the gulf is truly unique and unmatched, it’s something you simply can’t find anywhere else. The villa itself was extremely luxurious, modern, and very well equipped, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort. The daily cleaning service was excellent and added an extra sense of ease and relaxation to our stay. All of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We stayed for 11 days and enjoyed every single moment, especially the kids, who loved spending every day in the pool. The staff also provided great guidance for island activities and helped us with recommendations and making reservations, which made everything seamless. We highly recommend this place and would love to return.

Firstly, the staff were amazing, they created a WhatsApp group for us on arrival and they were very responsive and helpful. The location is awkward in that it is not very accessible due to the roads approaching the site being very steep, so steep they have a special electric buggy to ferry you between your villa and the main road. If you order a taxi it has to be an SUV as regular cars can’t get up the steep slopes. Because of this we felt a little trapped as we needed assistance to leave the property. The villa itself was spacious. We had a three bedroom villa that slept six but there was only four of us (two adults and two teenagers). The views are breathtakingly good, if you’re up early (or very late) you must watch the sunrise. The infinity pool is nice but there was only two sun beds and the space around the pool was so tight it wasn’t possible to rotate the beds to align them with the sun. The huge balcony under the pool running the entire width of the villa didn’t have any furniture which we felt was a real missed opportunity as it meant there wasn’t anywhere for the four of us to sit outside. Because of these things we felt a little ‘locked in’ which is the opposite of what we expect when renting villas. Everything in the villa worked but the kitchen setup was very basic, lastly, the mattress’ were cheap / very firm but when mentioning this to the team they fitted an extra topper to fit it. Our stay wasn’t terrible but it had the potential to be much better.

The property was nothing like what was advertised very disappointed. We left the property the next morning after arriving. We were a party of 6 adults and there was no way you could have spent 10 nights at this Villa.

Loved the villa and wonderful view! The host/staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing is the difficulty of ordering a cab to that area (long waiting times). Same for ordering food but this might be a common issue in Koh Samui and you just need to plan in advance. Overall, definitely recommend the property!

Die Villa war fantastisch! Alles war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation EIN TRAUM! Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kaution kann ggfs. auch in Euro hinterlegt werden. Ein Golfwagen fährt einen bis zur Straße,damit man sich über Grab ein Taxi bestellen kann. Aber die Unterkunft ist auch bei allem behilflich, eine WhatsApp reicht ☺️ DANKE FÜR ALLES! Es war wunderschön auf Koh Samui

La villa è in una posizione panoramica con belle vedute sul mare e una piscina a sfioro. Buone le dotazioni anche se le amenities potrebbero essere migliorate. Arredi solo di livello medio, un peccato perché con qualche sforzo in più il soggiorno sarebbe potuto risultare più gradevole. Mobili ed arredi non sono di lusso ma comunque accettabili (due sedie su sei erano traballanti e quindi non utilizzabili, tanto per fare un esempio).

this is a very beautiful villa with amazing views and very nice staff, the 2 bedroom villas do NOT have laundry, and we didn't know that. The villas are expensive for sure, but the view is heard to beat.

Sehr schöne und moderne Villa mit 5 Zimmern. 3 Zimmer top, dazu ein kleines Zimmer mit Bunk Bed und ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss. Toller Infinity Pool mit Meersicht und Sonnenaufgang. Am Morgen bis früher Nachmittag sehr heiss und kaum Schatten auf den Liegen. Strasse zu den Villen hoch sehr steil und meist einspurig, aber gut mit Auto und Motorrad machbar. In-Chef, Grab-Lieferdienst und Massagen in der Villa alles möglich.

Fantastisk opplevelse

Vår familie på fem hadde et fantastisk opphold på Villa the Wave2 residence. Utrolig bra standard på Villaen hvor man virkelig får den luksuriøse følelsen. Renhold var upåklagelig og servicen fra personellet var noe av det beste vi har opplevd. Utrolig imøtekommende og hjelpsomme med hva det måtte være. Utsikten fra det private bassenget må bare oppleves. Betjeningen tilbyr skyss både fra toppen og ned og fra bunnen og opp med golfbil som er veldig praktisk. For vår del hadde vi kommunikasjonen med Villa Manager via What’s app enten det gjalt hjelp til ferje/taxibookinger, booking av leiebil eller bestilling av frokost til dagen derpå. Vi fikk nesten følelsen av å ha en egen kontaktperson. Alt i alt et fantastisk flott opphold i luksuriøse omgivelser med storslått utsikt og et servicenivå som overgår det meste.
