Le service était exemplaire et très accommodant. Tout était propre (les rideaux avaient l’air assez vieux mais c’était pas si mal) et l’endroit est plutôt commode si on veut rester près de la gare. En tout et pour tout une expérience positive.

Was only there for two nights- all very straight forward.
Breakfast was great with delicious options.
Staff seemed not to know that Dining room would not open Sunday night. - eventually I had room service when dining room failed to open having been told first 6pm then 6:30 then 7pm
Was expecting to have a puppy anyway on the second night and so didn’t change from room with damaged carpet(puppy did not contribute to damage)
All went well.
The lobby looks great this time around and I was very glad for convenience of Cathedral near by . Sorry not to have been able to shop in Toulouse (Sunday) as this was convenient to what I would have enjoyed and did enjoy from my longer trip, 6 years ago
