Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Hafen, sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz ist ein kleines Stück den Berg hinauf. Wenn man eine Frage hat, ist zu jeder Tageszeit jemand von der Vermietung erreichbar, auch Sonntags und hilft, wenn man z.B. den Parkplatz nicht gleich findet. Wenn man unbedingt etwas kritisieren möchte, wäre da das recht enge Bad und dass dort die Belüftung meines Erachtens nach nur über die geöffnete Tür erfolgt, naja... wenn es aber baulich nicht anders geht... keine

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am alten Hafen mit einem wunderbaren Blick. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und alles nötige ist vorhanden. Wichtig zu wissen: das Bad insb die Dusche ist klein und eng genauso wie die Küche. Der Balkon ist geschafft. Mehr Licht im Wohnzimmer. Abfall-Eimer zur Mülltrennung anschaffen. Toaster fehlte.

Sehr schöne FeWo direkt am Yachthafen mit traumhaften Blick auf die Segelboote und den Schiffsverkehr. Sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer jeweils mit sehr großem TV. Haben viel in der Loggia gesessen, die man mit zwei Fenstern öffnen kann. Dusche leider etwas klein, nichts für XXL-Personen. Nichtöffentlicher Parkplatz 50m entfernt im Preis inbegriffen.

Hafenkino trägt seinen Namen zu Recht. Auf dem verglasten Balkon haben wir viele Stunden verbracht und dem Treiben im Hafen und auf dem Wasser zu gesehen. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ort und am Strand. Man kann bummeln, lecker Fisch essen und Geschäfte gucken. Es gibt allerdings fußläufig ausser Bäcker kein Lebensmittelgeschäft für Kleinigkeiten . Also alles mitbringen oder mit dem Auto Einkaufen. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich nicht in der Wohnung sondern einen Hauseingang weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist etwas klein, funktioniert aber gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Ich hätte mich über eine Teekanne gefreut, der super nette Mitarbeiter hat mir dann sofort eine warmhaltekanne gegeben. Praktisch wäre es das zum Equipment bereitzustellen. Besteck könnte auch etwas mehr vorhanden sein.

Die Lage und der Blick auf den Hafen sind unbezahlbar. Es ist wirklich wie Hafenkino. Der Balkon ist zu allen Seiten geschlossen, sodass er auch bei kühlen Temperaturen als auch bei Regen genutzt werden kann. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben den Wochenendaufenthalt genossen.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und funktionell und modern ausgestattet. Durch den Aufzug kann man sie barrierefrei erreichen. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung könnte durch eine Butterdose und eine Thermoskanne ergänzt werden. Der Duschvorhang ist funktionell, aber auch ein bisschen lästig. Die Dusche selbst könnte ein bisschen größer sein und den Stauraum unter dem Waschbecken könnte man zusätzlich durch Regale nutzen. Wir waren aber insgesamt sehr zufrieden und das hier Angeführte ist nur "nice to have". Die Eingangstüre ist ziemlich zugempfindlich und klappert bei jedem Windzug vom Flur aus.

Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder zu Ihnrn und Ihrem Team. Ich wurde rundum liebevoll betreut und alle Meine Erwartungen, was die Appartement s betrafen, absolut übertroffen.. Ich durfte 3 Appartement s kennenlernen, da ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängert habe.. Jedes Appartement war sauber, schön, liebevoll vorbereitet, hatte eine tolle Ausstattung, hatte WLan , einen schönen Fernseher.. Und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.. Vielen lieben Dank für eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Ihnen in Laboe.. Ich komme wieder...herzliche Grüße und vielen lieben Dank an Leon und Dennis für eure sehr liebe Unterstützung in allen meinen Fragen und Anliegen...
