Beautiful, newly renovated two-room apartment on the 1st Floor with elevator and balcony for up to 4 people in Laboe (Baltic Sea).  
Live comfortably, just a few steps from the beach.  
A holiday home of the extra class was created, with a harmonious interior, everything of high quality and subtly coordinated. Perfect for your Baltic Sea vacation.  
Look forward to a newly renovated, bright apartment in a wonderful location.  
You can park your car conveniently directly behind the house.  
Washer and dryer are available in the house for use.  
Storage facilities for bicycles are available. Beautiful, newly renovated two-room apartment on the 1st Floor with elevator and balcony for up to 4 people in Laboe (Baltic Sea).  
Live comfortably, just a few steps from the beach.   
This tasteful and cozy holiday home is located in a well-kept, quiet residential complex. The colorful promenade of Laboe and the white sandy beach are only a few steps away. The marketplace with various shops, cafes and restaurants is in the immediate vicinity.  
The centerpiece of the apartment is the light-flooded living-dining and kitchen area with direct access to the furnished balcony and a small storage room.  
The spacious dining area with panoramic views is ideal for convivial breakfasts or a cheerful dinner with friends. If you want to make yourself comfortable at home instead of strolling on the beach, a large modern flat screen TV (125cm diagonal) and a music system with CD player and radio provide entertainment in the living room.  
An easy-to-use sofa bed (lying area 150x200cm) at a comfortable height round off the living-dining-kitchen area.  
The kitchen is well equipped; With small everyday helpers, such as a 4-plate ceramic hob, microwave and oven, you can easily prepare delicious meals during your vacation.  
A separate bedroom offers plenty of space and is equipped with two comfortable box spring beds (80x200cm) and luxurious mattress height of 55cm; the beds can also be put together if necessary. There is also a sofa bed in the bedroom (lying area 150x200cm). This tasteful and cozy holiday home is located in a well-kept, quiet residential complex. #### Sehr schön 👍

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in 1.OG, ist sehr modern eingerichtet, es fehlte an an Nichts. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Frau Puster verlief einwandfrei, eine sehr nette Dame . Kostenlose Parkplätze und Wlan stehen zur Verfügung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche können dazu gebucht werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet auch sehr nah am Strand (2 Gehminuten) in unmittelbarer Nähe (fußläufig erreichbar) befinden sich ein Drogerie Markt, Bäckereien, Eisdiele, Geschäfte, Restaurants u.s.w.

#### wir sind Dauergäste in Laboe, immer wieder gerne

Wohnung ist sehr gut, bis auf die Betten.Man hat immer wieder das Gefühl, daß man rausfällt.

#### Whg schön aber Hausdame zu Geldfixiert

Die Hausdame versuchte bei uns leider immer wieder sehr aufdringlich ein paar Euro extra hinzu zu verdienen. Durch in unserem Fall mehrfach abgelehnte und daher einfach nicht benötigte Bettwäsche (hatten wir dabei), Vermietung eines Wochenstrandkorbes (angekündigtes Regenwetter für 3-4 Tage, bei verbleibenden 5 Reisetagen) und eine angeblich nicht erfolgte ordnungsgemäße Whg-Rückgabe. Dabei lässt sich auch das durch Fotos und Zeugen belegen. Wir waren nach einer unverschuldeten Autopanne in einer Notsituation und auch die wurde leider gnadenlos ausgenutzt.
