- Superb new house, equipped with all comforts, in the heart of nature, a stone's throw from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and 1km from a village of character in the south of the Ardèche. Located on the edge of the Gorges de l'Ardèche Nature Reserve and 10 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc. Relaxing and cocooning area (Spa), air conditioning, 2 terraces, large garden in private natural area, private above-ground swimming pool. Private parking. Sleeps 4 to 6 people (3 bedrooms). Sheets provided.

Superbe séjour au calme
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Lionel. La maison est toute neuve et bien équipée. La clim a sauvé notre été ! Tout était fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien, et l'accueil des propriétaire est au top !!
Le spa est super agréable et on est très proche de la plage de Salavas au bord de l'Ardèche, donc idéal ! L'environnement très calme, idéal en famille. Nous recommandons +++

Tres bon sejour
Lionel et Sylvie ont eu a coeur de nous recevoir avec beaucoup de gentillesse pour que notre sejour se passe bien,maison agreable,propre avec le jacuzzi tres appeciable!nous recommendons cette location bonne continuation a Lionel et Sylvie!

Excellent séjour
Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, climatisée, au calme et très bien située pour les visites et activités. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentifs à notre bien-être. Nous recommandons ce gîte et espérons vivement y revenir.
