"This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with front desk staff. One woman, Erica, stared me up and down before speaking, acted cold and controlling, and made me feel judged and unwelcome. During meals, staff hovered every few minutes asking “Are you ready?” while I was still eating, which was exhausting. The food was mediocre, the room outdated, and the atmosphere non-existent — no music, no vibe. The male manager was more knowledgeable, the housekeeper was incredibly kind, and Hudson, one of the servers, treated guests with respect — they were the only positives. At checkout, I had to pay for food while my card was locked because I was out of the country. Erica acted like I was playing games, even though I was just trying to resolve things quickly. Her behavior was controlling, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Honestly, the front desk staff needs serious retraining in customer service. Guests should feel welcomed and valued, not rushed or treated like a nuisance. This experience completely ruined what could have been a decent stay. they also need to learn some of they guest can bring a-lot of attraction “ THEY LOST"

"Location is excellent, across the road from the ferry port and central to the markets, restaurants, shops and all within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a double room with ensuite, two large beds with plenty of room for belongings. There is a restaurant onsite serving delicious food and cocktails. Value for money and it met our needs. I would stay here again. "

"Just returned from another truly memorable stay at Beachcombers Hotel in St. Vincent with my partner, and once again, it was exceptional. This marked our fourth visit, and every year the experience continues to impress us. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a team that consistently goes above and beyond. Each dish is fresh, full of flavor, and thoughtfully prepared, with a great variety to choose from. The unique fusion of Turkish and Caribbean cuisine is especially impressive, adding something distinctive and memorable to every meal. Beachcombers Hotel remains one of our favorite places to return to, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Overall, it’s the perfect getaway, and we’ve come home with even more amazing memories to add to our collection. Bring on our 2027 trip!"

"This was an amazing first time stay in Saint Vincent, and me and my family were treated like royalty. I booked the presidential suite for one week and it was everything I expected and more. The hotel is situated right next to a small grocery store which makes buying the small things very convenient. The room is very spacious and entertaining and the balcony has a great view, with a lot of breeze. The food at the restaurant was amazing and I mean all of it. We tried almost everything they had on the menu within our time and it all tasted amazing. If you want a luxurious stay with friendly staff and good surrounding, book the presidential suite here at Myah Suites in Saint Vincent. You won’t be disappointed. Wanted to give a special shoutout to certain individuals that made our stay so nice and truly cared about how we enjoyed our stay. Shoutout to the owner Mr. McDowell for speaking with me and ensuring that our stay went well. Ms. Cheryl our cleaning lady was sooooo sweet and kept the suite immaculate. Rishana was the very first person that we meet and she was the one that gave us all the rules and what to look for around the area. Perry came to the rescue for a small issue and took care of it promptly. "We had a great stay at Sandals Saint Vincent. The staff was very nice and made us feel welcome from the start. We really enjoyed the activities and entertainment, which were fun and well organized. The massage at the spa was amazing and so relaxing. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we really enjoyed our time there."

"My stay at windblow was very disappointing. I was booked from Feb 22 to 3/1 and left on Feb 23. The studio apartment had no draws, no nightstand, the sink in the bathroom was so tiny we ended up washing our faces in the kitchen sink because we would bump our heads trying to use bathroom sink. The Villa advertised as “quiet time” at night but had a dog that wasn’t disclosed,on site that howled for long periods of time.The shower caddy was so nasty it looked like something was growing out of it and the bathroom rug was dirty with brown spots. The window in the suite had no curtain and what absolutely ran me out of there was the lizards! Yes its an island and lizards are common but common outside, not inside. The first night we got there he chased a lizard out and the 2nd night he was battling another one from above our bed with a broom.When I looked at patio door you could see the gaps where lizards were entering.What was really upsetting. Is the fact that the owner acknowledged the gaps and said it was something he had to work on in addition to acknowledging there was no window curtain and he also would go get one the next day. Why advertise the place if it not ready to be accommodated… "

"Peaceful and quiet location in a safe area. Lovely hosts and the home is fully equipped. Excellent air conditioning. Travelled solo with 4 kids, lots of space to relax and the three separate washrooms was a nice touch. High speed internet. We will be back again in the future in our next trip. Highly recommended. "
