Located on the 1st floor without an elevator, it includes:  
\- a sleeping area with a double bed 140x190;  
\- a bathroom with bathtub;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction plates);  
\- a living area with a 140x190 convertible sofa;  
\- a veranda with dining table and chairs;  
\- a large terrace of about 23 m2 with a nice view.  
  
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.  
  
These equipment will be at your disposal: Television, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.  
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.  
  
Note that there is no Wifi in the accommodation. If you need, we have the possibility to provide you with a cot.   
There is also the possibility to park bikes in a secure garage, accessible with a key.  
  
You will stay close to the Plage des Minimes in La Rochelle.  
  
Local shops are located just in front of the apartment (restaurant, bar, supermarket), as well as free parking. A bakery is accessible within walking distance, very close to the beach.  
  
The city center of La Rochelle is about 30 minutes walk along the port (several restaurants on the way). Buses are also available nearby, as well as a sea bus to easily reach the heart of the city.  
  
Every Monday morning, there is the market on the parking lot in front of the apartment (attention, at the parking lot, you have to think about moving the car).  
  
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

A must-see destination, La Rochelle has no shortage of assets to charm its visitors. Port city par excellence with its four ports, the White City captivates all those who lay their eyes on the white stone bathed in sunlight in which the buildings are built. The ocean, omnipresent, imposes itself as the symbol of the city, sweeping the nostrils of visitors from its spray. The old stones also have their say in this landscape bordered by the Atlantic Ocean where alternates low coasts, sheer cliffs and sandy shores. International exchanges have fostered a unique architectural mix, subject to various influences from across the seas. Not far from the shore, the islands of Ré, Oléron and Aix form a natural barrier preventing the swell of the ocean to disturb the calm of the millennial city. Initially a fishing village founded in the 10th century, it only took two millennia to become a port of importance. Its domination in maritime exchanges will persist until the 15th century. But her rebellious spirit is not to the king’s taste and she will bow under the siege of Richelieu in the 16th century. Despite its lost independence, La Rochelle continues its economic development thanks to centuries until today thanks to the proximity of the ocean, always at the center of maritime exchanges.
