Super location. Restaurant staff are delightful and very helpful. We were staying with our dog & he was allowed to join both outside then inside (it became too chilly to sit outside for dinner). Choice is good, reasonable price for a hotel and good quality. Breakfast was very good, it’s popular even out of season so would imagine it’s a bit of a crush if really busy. Rooms are basic but nice, would be handy to have bedside tables both sides and USB points. Very clean. The outside terrace was handy but furniture not the most comfortable. Pool is a good length to swim, gets a bit busy and would imagine sun beds are a challenge to source at peak times. You walk through water to get to the sunbed which is fine if intending to get wet but meant my partner had to sit in the other area as he wasn’t set up for swimming. Overall would recommend particularly for location.

Friendly staff, lots of helpful ideas and information available. Really clean, great facilities and really good location for exploring La Rochelle . We travelled with a dog , and whilst understandably not allowed near pool area he was allowed in the adjacent outdoor lounge area which was lovely and ideal, meaning we could use all facilities ourselves . Loved the free gift for dog and free cold water stations throughout hotel with commitment to no single use plastics, parking easy and place really had a good vibe. Only thing to be aware is don't use sat nav to find access to hotel car park, access is easy but via restricted road at front of hotel, sat nav sends you to retail park behind. We will definitely stay here again in future .

Property next to the aquarium, super well located. Breakfast is great, I had the occasion to also have lunch at their restaurant and food was really good. Pool area is nice, the staff is really kind. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

The entire hotel was completely remodeled and everything feels new. Location is great, food is great, staff is great. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is amazing. So excited to see "American coffee" available!

Staff were fantastic, especially the bar staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was spotless and quiet. The pool area was really nice. Lovely bedrooms (in hindsight I should have booked a larger room, as was a bit tight, but totally my own fault). Cleaned every day, towels replenished. Really nice location. Within walking distance of everything.

Very comfortable and great location

Very nice hotel in a great location overlooking the harbour and adjacent to the aquarium. Comfortable room and bed, the room was nice a clean with good facilities. Reception staff were excellent helping my wife with a lost iPad left in a sister hotel in Rouen. Private parking, take a ticket on entry and pay at the barrier when leaving. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel

Fabulous stay, great friendly staff. Very clean and comfy hotel with easy access to fresh drinking water. Has a small gym, a swimming pool and posh bar. My only issue is that with lost property they aren't proactive in informing the guest that they have found your items. Once with my wallet when I described that I had lost it and the person said nothing was handed in without checking and when I insisted she checked, found it straight away with my room number on the postit with my name. Should have been made aware earlier. As too my charger.
