La maison est très fonctionnelle tout y est, et les vélos sont très appréciables dans cette région avec de très nombreuses pistes cyclables très sûres. Le jardin a plusieurs coins utilisables en fonction des moments de la journée. Très calme et agréable. La maison et le jardin ont beaucoup de charme et il y a une belle ambiance. Maison bien agencée permettant la cohabitation de deux couples sans se marcher sur les pieds (2 espaces nuit + sdd indépendants). La maison est très bien équipée, on s’y sent « comme à la maison ». Proche d’une ligne de chemin de fer mais peu de nuisances. Pour ceux qui aiment les grasses matinées, il faut savoir que la propriété jouxte un centre aéré ouvert en semaine à partir de 8h00 mais fenêtres fermées c’est l. Le centre de La Rochelle est à 1,6 km et est accessible à pied comme à vélo (4 vélos adultes mis à disposition) via une piste cyclable démarrant juste à côté de la maison. ##### marie-alice n.
