My husband I went during the week and it wasn’t busy at all. This place was a great getaway for us. Puerto Escondido is HUMID, so having the pool was amazing, especially since you aren’t able to swim in the beach due to high tides. You will need to arrange transportation if you want to go downtown; the hotel is about 15min from local stores and taxis do not enter the hotel property unless you already booked. The staff are very welcoming and nice; they helped us arrange transportation to the airport. Download WhatsApp if you haven’t already, it’s the best way to communicate with the front desk staff. The room itself was very clean. They do not provide toiletries or hand towels, so come prepared with everything you need. Breakfast is included and the food is really good! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful location! Tranquil retreat, amazing food, very friendly and helpful staff. We booked some tours through the hotel as well and our guide was fantastic. We had a great experience. The hotel offered early morning coffee before the restaurant opened to enjoy out by the pool or on the beach. The restaurant had very friendly and diligent wait staff. Every meal and beverage I ordered was my favorite. Every employee we spoke to was always happy to help. It was in the 80’s-90’s during our visit and the A/C in the room worked perfectly. We rented a car and found it easy to drive to Puerto Escondido to explore the town (though navigation became a little more difficult at night.) 10/10 hope to return!

Un favorito siempre, el staff y la comida son excelentes. Las albercas necesitan poco mantenimiento asi como los cuartos pero sin problema siempre volveremos.
