Only a few steps from Cormier Beach, this apartment called Côté Plage is located on the first left floor of a small residence with four apartments. You will love to enjoy its balcony which offers a view of Tharon beach and the sea.   
  
The living room invites you to relax in front of the television, then you will find the dining room table where you can share good meals and moments of sharing. Le personnel d'accueil sympathique, l'appartement était sale, une odeur très désagréable sous l'évier avec socle de meuble très sale. Tuyau de douche sale, encrassé, les rainures des fenêtres, trés sales. Je ne parle de l'état des murs, plafonds, des joints de carrelage dans la salle bain. Les travaux dans cet appartement n'ont pas été fait par un professionnel.Les finitions sont minables. Étant moi-même un investisseur dans l'immobilier, j'aurai honte de louer un tel appartement. Les photos vont le prouver. Les volets, côté intérieur sont très sales.La peinture des volets côté façade est toute ecaillée. Il faut rénover cet appartement absolument.Voici huit photos, et j'en ai d'autres
