It is located next to the Mirador de Humbolt just 2.6 km away. from the center of the Orotava and 5.2 km. from the center of Puerto de la Cruz.

They have easy access to the highway.

The nearest beaches are those of Bollullo, Los Patos and El Ancón, just 4 km away. They are in a place of interest to preserve and are worth visiting.

Good location, fantastic views
Erica was very helpful, pleasant and welcoming. The location is very convenient and easy to get to, a five minute taxi ride into La Orotava. The house is reasonably comfortable and generally clean. There is no hot water in the kitchen which is a bit inconvenient and the towels, beds and bed linen definitely need an update/replacing - double bed is extremely squeaky. Plenty of hot water for showers and good water pressure. The washing machine is in an odd place and not very accessible. Really lovely garden and very quiet and private. Plenty of space in the house. TV in German. Good value for money. Great view of El teide. Muchos gracias Erica!

Empfehlung - sehr schönes Ferienhaus in La Orotava!
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße (Parkplatz ausreichend und immer vorhanden) in La Orotava und bietet alles, was man zu Hause auch im Hause hat und braucht. Drei Schlafzimmer, eine Terrasse mit Blick zum Teide und aufs Meer, großes Wohn-/Eßzimmer, Arbeitszimmer, Küche, alles mit vollständiger privater Einrichtung und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Eigentümert und die Verwalterin sind zuverlässig, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, hoher Standard und sehr empfehlenswert! Wir haben die Urlaubstage mit unseren Enkeln sehr genossen und bedanken uns bei Herrn Burillo-Putze und Erica für die angenehme und zuverlässige Betreuung!

Un hogar en La Orotava
La casa está perfectamente equipada, decorada con buen gusto y mobiliario de calidad. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la zona y bien situada para conocer la isla. Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares! Y la atención, tanto de Erica como de Guillermo, estupenda, solucionando rápidamente cualquier imprevisto. Repetiremos sin duda, muy recomendable!

Acogedora casa con bonito jardín.
Nos ha gustado en general esta casa situada en la Orotava, sus bonitas vistas y la tranquilidad de la zona. La parte exterior de la casa tiene un bonito y cuidado jardín. Aunque, el mobiliario de la terraza se encuentra un tanto descuidado. Por lo demás, nuestra experiencia ha sido positiva y recomendamos este alojamiento.

Una casa perfecta con todo lo necesario.
Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable en esta casa situada en Orotova. Mejoraría toallas que estaban rasposas y la cama de matrimonio muy ruidosa al moverse siendo la cama de madera. En general la estancia ha sido positiva y titular:SI VOLVERIA. Gracias Erica por todo.

Schönes Haus, leider in die Jahre gekommen
Schönes Haus in schöner Lage, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Direkt vor der Terrasse eine Baustelle, die aber nur mäßig störte. Ein WC war nicht benutzbar, Reinigungszustand verbesserungswürdig. Diese Mängel wurden leider vorher nicht erwähnt. Ansonsten ein nettes Haus, schön geschnitten mit sehr schönem Garten. Hausübergabe war reibungslos und sehr nett. Fazit: Licht, aber auch etwas Schatten.
