Casa Skadi - Exclusive and stylish vacation apartment with private roof terrace

Apartment with much love furnished in the new and modern complex Casilla de Costa. In addition to two large double beds waiting for you a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances. The upscale equipment is also high demands. The roof terrace offers a beautiful view over the entire north of the island. The beautiful and large communal pool invites you every day to relax. The unit has its own storage room on the ground floor. Ideal for sports equipment of all kinds.

The development of the large and extensive complex Casilla de Costa is not yet completed. This may occasionally cause slight acoustic disturbances.

This is a fantastic apartment on a lovely development that is secure, peaceful and very well looked after. One of the best equipped apartments we have stayed in. Nice development and landscaping. Dining terrace gets the sun for most of the day and roof terrace all day (can be a bit breezy).

Beautiful apartment
A lovely apartment that's well presented and is equipped with all essential amenities. The location is quiet, which is expected for the time of year. If you want to visit other parts of the island or go to the nearest beach, in my opinion a car hire is required..

Modern and Charming apartment
we loved this charming fully equipped apartment in Villaverde. The location is perfect since just a short drive from Lajares, La Oliva Corralejo or the Cotillo beaches. In Lajares and la Oliva you can breath the countryside atmosphere different from the more touristic Corralejo Supermarket and village ( la Oliva or Lajares ) are 5 minutes driving. We loved the small market in la Oliva- el Coronel on tuesday and friday with fresh vegetables and typical local cheese. The interior is cozy and charming and we felt like at home . Thanks to Stephan and hope to come back very soon!

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles notwendige. Die sonnige Terrasse und der Ausblick auf das Meer in Richtung von Coralejo und El Cottilo ist traumhaft. Top-Appartment im irgendwo
Super Appartment, sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt und sauber: Wenn der einzige mögliche Kritikpunkt sich auf einen wackelnden Handtuchhalter bezieht, ahnt man, daß nix Schlimmes passiert ist ;-). Sind trotz Ankunft am späten Abend sicher ins Ziel gelotst worden, da der Schlüssel an der Tür im Safe vorhanden war und der Vermieter zeitnah per whatsapp Hilfestellung gab. Die Anlage liegt zwischen ein paar Orten im Nirgendwo, also braucht's ein Auto zum Strand, das muß man wissen. Dafür ist die Anlage top und die Wohnung im 1. Stock mit Balkonausrichtung zum Pool und herbstlichen Sonnenuntergang brilliant gelegen. Volle Empfehlung!
