"My wife and I stayed here and we had the whole hacienda to ourselves. We went to cascada de Tamul from there like 20 min. We had our own car. We ate in tanchachin. Outstanding experience, we felt like in the jungle."

"Overpriced for what you get. The staff were mostly trainees and didn’t really have service etiquette and communication was a problem. We had a terrible time with the food even though they did a good job in accommodating for a special diet in our group. Even getting hot water in our shower was never solved. We understand that having trainees is more cost efficient for them, but they should definitely provide better support for the staff so the guest get at least decent service during their stay."

"A secluded Eco-hotel, with small cabins, very comfortable beds and beautiful location. Very close to Minas Viejas Waterfall. On the property there is a river with a small waterfall and a natural pool perfect for swimming."

"The room was very clean. It was a nice place to stay. The staff was nice too. Only thing is that its hard to get uber in that area and taxi services are expensive. Also the rooms dont have hair dryers loke normally hotels have. Overall it was nice it just seems that they are still in the process of growing their business"
