"I cannot recommend it enough! Our only wish was that we stayed longer. The breakfast was phenomenal, the service was excellent. We had to leave early to catch a tour and they moved breakfast an hour ahead for us. We got in late and Pablo was up waiting for us and greeted us, gave us a tour, and just got to know us. We will absolutely be here again. Only note: you do need 4WD to get here if it’s been raining, at least if you’re coming from Rincon"

"Honestly, Senora Elma was amazing to my children and I. Although many of the staff we encountered did not speak our language, they were patient with us and did not make us feel uncomfortable. There are many attractions close by, as well as food options. Breakfast is included, ans they were willing anf able to accommodate us with our plant-based meals. "Honestly, Senora Elma was amazing to my children and I. Although many of the staff we encountered did not speak our language, they were patient with us and did not make us feel uncomfortable. There are many attractions close by, as well as food options. Breakfast is included, ans they were willing anf able to accommodate us with our plant-based meals. The pool was not avaolable for use, but there were so many other things to do. The staff even offered to take us to the attractions. Please note that Lunch and dinner are not included, and there are no prices listed, so ask in advance. Also, please meals are not made to order- you get what is being made for that meal at that time, so everything is fresh!"

"We just finished our fabulous stay. The room was spotless and we so appreciated the VIP welcome fruit platter! The grounds are clean, workers are friendly and very helpful, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the hot springs and loved venturing to a couple of the Waterfalls. We did an all day adventure tour and had an amazing time tubing down the river, followed by ziplining through the canyon. Our only complaint was at dinner our first night we waited just under one hour to receive our food. It was delicious, just wished we didn’t have to wait so long. We ate at the bar the following night and food came quickly. "
