William welcomed us like we were family, he wanted to make sure we had a perfect stay, nothing was too much trouble for him....thank you so much William.....We had the big room ( 2 adults ,2 children ) in the corner with windows over watching the jungle and the swimming pool....wonderful view....lovely room and confortable beds....we didn t want to leave the place, my daughter loved the pool....And just the morning we left we had the big pleasure to see a sloth ,that was incredible.....apparently he lives there.... Brilliant place.... The hotel is tucked up the hill on a gravel road that would be manageable in any car if you drive carefully. There is access to hiking from the hotel and nature all around. Great choices for breakfast and amazing views. Need a car because it is a short drive from La Fortuna. Owners are opening horseback riding tours and night tours so I would check that out for sure. Book your own massage don’t go through front desk. I went to aesthetic spa 1 in las fortuna.
