Jul 11, 2015 #### Superbe Maison Un agréable séjour passé dans cette très jolie petite maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de délicatesse. Une maison située au milieu des pistes cyclables et malgré la saison estivale, le calme était de mise, ce qui est un atout indispensable pour nous afin de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. De plus, la maison est au milieu de l'île, c'est-à-dire à une vingtaine de kilomètres de pont de la Rochelle et des Portes-en-Ré, ce qui est un avantage pour pouvoir visiter l'île au maximum. Il suffit de marcher (ou de pédaler) environ 300 mètres afin de pouvoir profiter de la plage, ou même louer des jetskis ! Concernant la cour commune, elle ne nous a posé aucun problème puisque nous n'avons vu personne malgré que nous ayons mangé tous les midis et tous les soirs sur la terrasse. Nous pensons que tout a été mis en œuvre par les propriétaires afin que les locataires puissent passer un agréable séjour (équipement de cuisine complet, télévision, barbecue, salon de jardin, chaises longues, parasol, du rangement pour les habits). En bref, je la recommande à toutes les personnes qui veulent passer des vacances au calme et profiter de la nature. ##### Mickael M. Sep 21, 2014 #### Magnifique maison au calme Très belle maison où nous avons passé une excellente semaine de repos. L emplacement est idéal et permet de rayonner à vélo dans toute l ile. La grande plage est à moins de 10 min à pied, de même qu une supérette. Quand à la maison, spacieuse, elle est très joliment décorée et très bien équipée. On s y sent parfaitement à l aise pour se reposer. Seul petit bémol : la cour partagée avec la maison voisine. Apr 23, 2014 #### DOMMAGE La maison est très jolie : - dommage qu'elle sente l'humidité, -que l'on ne puisse pas se servir de la baignoire (uniquement en douche), lors des vacances je préfère une baignoire pour prendre le temps de me délasser, c'est un de mes critères de sélection, - que l'on ne puisse pas se servir de la cheminée (s'aurait été agréable à cette saison), que la cour ne soit pas en jouissance pure mais partagée avec d'autres habitations (non précisé dans le descriptif). D'autre part il me semble que la maison ne fasse pas les 100 m2 indiqués dans l'annonce mais plutôt entre 60 et 70 m2, pourquoi cette erreur ? ##### Stéphane G.
