STUDIO AU TOP !!Très bien situé près de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants, de la gare. Propre, fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Je recommande à 100%. J'y reviendrai !!!

Studio propre. Problème de chasse d'eau et télé à l'arrivée. Propriétaire tres réactive, réparation des le lendemain matin. Residence tres calme. Stationnement facile juste a proximité. A recommander.

Tout à fait ce que nous espérions

Le studio est idéalement situé pour l'objectif de notre séjour à La Baule: à 300m de la salle où se déroulaient les Rencontres cinématographique de Bretagne. Il est confortable, bien équipé, décoré avec goût et bénéficie d'un calme absolu dans l'immeuble. Les voisins sont d'une parfaite amabilité et prêts à rendre service, au besoin. nous y avons passé de très bons moments.

Ma petite fille de 20 ans a beaucoup apprécié son sejour,studio impecable,moderne et confortable,retirée de l'avenue principale donc clme, un petit balcon adorable ,la proximité café,restaurant,cinema pour un jeune adulte le paradis.
