We are offering this charming, air-conditioned duplex for rent in the town of L'Île-Rousse, with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a balcony from which to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor of the duplex:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV and dining area.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including: Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hobs…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A large library area of around 40 m² comprising a sleeping area with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and toilet.

Outside:
- A large terrace of approximately 21 m², facing north-east, with furniture to enjoy sunny days and the view.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally situated in L’Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting, a 10-minute walk from the town centre and a 12-minute walk from the beach. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market (L’Île-Rousse’s highly renowned market on Wednesday and Friday mornings, featuring charcuterie, honey, essential oils and more)...

Things to do:
L’Île-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something for everyone: sun-seekers will love Corsica’s warmest microclimate!
Take a seat in the village square, lined with cafés, and gaze out at the crystal-clear turquoise waters off the Balagne coast. The cobbled streets of the old town are brimming with places to eat, drink and buy traditional local produce. Île-Rousse is the Saint-Tropez of Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its stunning landscapes.
From the harbour, you can make your way to the centre of Île Rousse via the pretty inner streets or along the Promenade de la Marinella, which runs along the coast to the fabulous square well known to pétanque enthusiasts: Place Paoli. Extend your stroll to the lovely islands of Pietra and Broccio, where you’ll be treated to a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean!

As for other modes of transport, here’s some information you might find useful:
- Corsicar bus: route to Calvi-Bastia, route to Saint-Florent
- Ferry from Île-Rousse to Marseille, Toulon and Nice.
- Nearest railway station: Île-Rousse station, about a 19-minute walk away.
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine Airport, about a 30-minute drive away.

- For added comfort, the air-conditioning was replaced in September 2023.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (booking and payment to be made with our on-site partner).
- Free Wi-Fi is available.

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
