Called our booking company and said it’s up to the owner to refund and it was a NO. As well this is a B&B at 100€ per night. The rooms are extremely spacious and the whole of the hotel is modern, airy and welcoming. The restaurant is situated on the top floor with lovely views of the mountains and the breakfast offering was plentiful and delicious. A big shout out to Fabrice, the restaurant manager, who was so very friendly and helpful in giving us tips on the local area. Dinner was also of a high standard and we enjoyed an amazing steak that was cooked to perfection and well presented. The pool ( again situated on the top floor), was a welcome addition to cool off in the hot weather we experienced during our stay. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10\. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
