Gardernia: House for holiday rental with community garden and pool

Holiday rental house with community garden and pool, perfect for family holidays. The house is 19 minutes’ walk from the Riells Beach and at the same time only 50 meters from the Montgrí Natural Park.

The Riells beach is white sand, very thin, the water is very shallow. It is ideal for children! The Paseo de la Playa Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is the dining room, with the open kitchen and direct access to the garden where you can enjoy meals while the children enjoy the pool.

In the house can accommodate 6 people (two rooms with two double beds and a sofa bed located in the living room)

Pets are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
