The house is 19 minutes’ walk from the Riells Beach and at the same time only 50 meters from the Montgrí Natural Park. The Riells beach is white sand, very thin, the water is very shallow. It is ideal for children! The Paseo de la Playa Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is the dining room, with the open kitchen and direct access to the garden where you can enjoy meals while the children enjoy the pool. In the house can accommodate 6 people (two rooms with two double beds and a sofa bed located in the living room) Pets are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed. Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning. Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation). Accomodation isn’t big but it is economically equiped. Airco! El jardí es molt bonic i esta molt ben cuidat. Els veïns son amables i respectuosos, hi ha molt bon ambient i es tranquil. Les parets laterals de la casa limiten amb les casetes de vacances del costat, i aquestes parets no estan gens aïllades, semblen de pladur i se sent tot el que fan els veïns del costat com si els tinguessis dins de l’habitació. Això es molt comú a Espanya, on es construeix molt malament. Cuina excel·lent i nova equipada amb tot lo necessari, els matalassos dels llits son gruixuts i còmodes, armaris suficients, pantalla de TV de qualitat de 55 polsades, taula de menjador preciosa i gran, cadires del menjador molt còmodes, sofà molt còmode, decoració minimalista amb gust. La comunidad es muy tranquila y amable, y tanto el jardín como la piscina tienen un mantenimiento impecable. La entrada al parque natural del Montgrí está a escasos 50 metros. Se aparca muy fácilmente. Realmente no hay nada crítico a mejorar, pero ya que se pregunta, se propone alguna mejora: En el momento de hacer una barbacoa, echamos de menos utensilios, y algunas mosquiteras están rotas. Le calme de la résidence et des résidents était vraiment agréable. Piscine entretenue tous les jours, ainsi que le jardin.. Super ! Un presse fruit était renseigné dans les équipements compris dans la location, mais il n'y en avait pas ! Et un aspirateur ne serait pas de trop, car le montant demandé pour le nettoyage est un peu excessif par rapport à la qualité de celui-ci, surtout au niveau du nettoyage des sols.
