"The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the station. It’s also conveniently located, just a short taxi ride to the airport (less than 15 minutes).
The lobby was nicely decorated and makes for a great first impression. The room was clean and reasonably spacious (we booked a Chapter 3 Corner Twin), and the bathroom was also a good size. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, though fairly standard and nothing particularly memorable.
Basement parking is available on site, but spaces are limited. We returned late one night to find it full and had to park at a privately run carpark just in front of the hotel instead (which, on the bright side, was actually cheaper than the hotel’s parking)."
"Nice hotel and convenient location. Except do not like the idea the hotel citing ‘Eco- friendly’ / global environment friendly as an excuses, hotel room cleaning only done once every 2 days. Personally I think even for environment friendly reason, is important hotel room need to be vacummed on a daily basis. To maintain the environment cleanliness is also important to the environment."
"Breakfast not offered in hotel but in restaurant 2 floors below the Lobby. Quality of food on offer 3 stars or below. We paid over $330 per night for a small room, old furniture, old carpets and mattresses on beds almost as hard as lying on bricks. This hotel in NO WAY deserves a 9.4 rating. We were very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. The only exceptional feature of this hotel was the staff. My advice is AVOID this hotel. "
"We, a family of three stayed in a clean and spacious room for six nights. We were welcomed by helpful and very polite staff. Quiet area around and a supermarket was nearby. There was covered parking area available. I will recommend to travellers who want to stay away from the busy city center and have a car in their trip."
