"The Rosewood" little bit country, close to town, new, clean and fresh.

New build, designer decorated and color coordinated interiors, single story, 10" ceilings, flat screen TV in living room, granite counters (in your kitchen and bath), fully equipped kitchen, tiled walk-in-shower and bathroom, washer/dryer in bathroom, ceiling fans and internet.
Porch offers dining table and flat screen TV. Outside area offers two gas grills and a BBQ pit with picnic tables. Trees, climbing activity for children and swing.
Towels, lines, cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, iron, ironing board, crockpot, coffee pot, hand mixer, toaster, hair dryer, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
2 Bedroom/1 1/2 bath.
2 Queen beds and futon in living room.

We are located on 10 acres and family owned.

Excellent property.

The property was exactly as described in a nice location, with easy access to Kyle. Sitting on the front porch, watching the sunset was extremely pleasant, Pam and Wayne were lovely and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay with them again if we come to Kyle in the future.

Wonderful!

My kids & I enjoyed staying here so much. We loved walking out & seeing the longhorns & burro hanging out. On nice evening's there's beautiful sunsets you can see sitting on the front porch. The full kitchen was great to have, as my son said, they literally thought of everything. Having the washer & dryer while traveling with kids was great. The beds were very comfortable. Very clean & we felt very safe. They have quiet hours from 10p-8a & it's just perfect. Can't wait to stay there again.

Wow wow wow wow wow!

I just loved this place! Such a great use of space The gathering room, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are really nice. Nicely designed. All feel spacious Bed is comfortable. Just wonderful!! And right near by is a group of Longhorns (mommies, daddies, and babies) and a donkey. Just beautiful creatures!! The place feels like it is in the middle if nowhere, but the Highway is nearby as are other nice cities. Definitely a great place to stay.

Highly Recommended!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Not only is the property conveniently located to all the action you could want, it's also perfectly tucked away for peace and relaxation. Loved the backyard horseshoe pit and private porch with TV. We appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the unit. Property owners were very pleasant and accomodating. We look forward to returning, as our son has decided to attend college at Texas State University! ~The Pierce Family

Daughter's Wedding

Property is great if you are using Texas Old Town Venue for a wedding or other event. We had my daughter's wedding at TOT venue and it was nice to load up our vehicles after the wedding and drive around he corner and crawl in bed after a long day. Very clean and quiet.

Close to most everything but in the country

Perfect in every way Very pleased. Easy to book, unbelievable communication.

From the time we walked in the door we felt immediately at home. The unit was immaculate, everything that we needed was there. There was water and ice in the fridge, coffee, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper on the counter. All small appliances are there. The beds are very comfortable, the back patio is very private, there is a play area for kids. The longhorn cattle and the burro add a bit of Texas as well. It is very relaxing to sit outside and watch them. The amazing thing is the fact that although you feel like you are out in the country away from everything, you can get to the nearest towns on back roads or you can hit the interstate in a matter of minutes and be off to Austin, San Antonio and more. Pam and Wayne are very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend them as hosts.

Excellent facilities, grounds and central location for our vacation. Rooms and facilities are clean and convenient. Grounds are well maintained, with local wildlife being a plus. Location is very convenient for our stay as we have family in San Marcos and Kyle. Will surely stay again!!
